Chassis Stands & Siting Products

Crown Products has a range of chassis stands, axle stands, chains, anchors and tensioners to level and secure caravans and mobile homes.

Chassis Stands

Our Chassis and axle stands are made with 20mm diameter screw threads, 12mm diameter tripod legs and have 2x8mm diameter handles for easy movement under load. The tough zinc plated finish on our axle stands and siting products are resistant to tough weather conditions and chipping.

The sizes available for our axle stands and siting products are:

Very Small....19cm (7.5") to 29cm (11.5")
Small............26.7cm (10.5") to 35.6cm (14")
Medium.........33cm (13") to 44.5cm (17.5")
Large............38cm (15") to 57cm (22.5")

Top Jaw assemblies are also available individually.

Primary Supports

Adjustable from 9 1/2" to 15" (240mm to 380mm) 16,000kg capacity.

These primary chassis supports are designed as a direct replacement for concrete blocks, they won’t crack or buckle and as they are fully adjustable they don’t need any shims or packers, in addition to being aesthetically pleasing, these stands offer a fast, safe and secure method of sitting today’s heavier units.

Chain

A long linked chain in a tough galvanised finish to resist rusting.
8mm and 10mm chain is recommended for most applications. Before ordering please check the breaking strain (if any) stipulated by your insurance company or other interested parties. Chain is supplied in 1 metre lengths, 30 metre bags available on request.

The sizes available are:

6mm diameter (300kg safe working load)
8mm diameter (450kg safe working load)
10mm diameter (650kg safe working load)


		Adjusters

	Rust resistant, galvanized adjusters for maintaining the tension on chains. These adjusters are available in hook to eye, eye to eye and hook to hook configurations. The configurations available are: Hook and eye adjuster Eye and eye adjuster Hook and hook adjuster Adjusters available in 8mm, 10mm or 12mm


	'D' Shackles

As the name suggests, 'D' shackles are in the shape of a capital 'D' and have a pin that screws into the ends of the 'D'. Rust resistant, galvanised 'D' shackles are available for securely connecting chain, wire, hooked and looped items.

The sizes available are:

6mm 'D' Shackle
8mm 'D' Shackle
10mm 'D' Shackle


	Ground Anchors

	These loose shield, ground anchors are for fixing into pre-set concrete. A hole is drilled in the base concrete to suit the anchor. It can then be inserted and tightened to make a strong anchor for the chain, shackles or tensioners to fix to, thus securing the chassis. The sizes available are: 10mm anchor with eye bolt 8mm anchor with eye bolt


	Omega Bar / U Bolt



		Galvanised 'u' bolts for setting into a wet concrete base. A small part is left sticking out above the concrete for fixing the chain, shackles or adjusters to. The size available is: · 150mm High x 130mm Wide x 10mm diameter



Soil Ground Anchors

	Galvanized soil anchors are driven into the soil and a small part is left sticking out above the ground for fixing the chain, shackles or adjusters to. The types available are: 30” Angle iron stake. 26” Screw picket
